Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have a reason for complaint, we would like to know about it. We continuously work on improving our processes and services to provide you with the best possible service. If you have suggestions for improvement, we also welcome them.
Our goal is to take your concerns seriously and find a solution as quickly as possible. Upon receipt of your complaint, you will receive an acknowledgment immediately or within 3 days at the latest. Your complaint will be carefully reviewed and addressed to ensure a fair and objective resolution. Within 14 days, you will receive feedback, and we will strive to find appropriate solutions.
